“I find beauty in wording that comes from the heart and from a place that stems a memory of a person, moment or time.
Playing on poetry, and hand written letters brings a personal touch to it, I’ve found this to be something I’m really enjoying.
When I’m on a long drive, surfing or daydreaming I carry a note book with me and scribble down feelings that evoke a memory
Later on I pull from these pages and put them on canvas.
I think love, heartbreak and lust can be a universal feeling that touches a nerve with everybody.”
