Since his first trip to Bali and Nias and then to the wilds of Sumba on a leaky fishing boat, he has returned over and over again.
He has created many nostalgic and definitive images of Indonesian surf and its people. These images transport you to another place and time to experience the fascinating culture, dramatic scenery and surf in Indonesia.
Capturing and documenting the history of surfing in Indonesia continues to be one of his passions. His love of Indonesia, its surf, culture and people shine through in his imagery.
