Milo Inglis is a surf filmmaker based in the Northern Rivers.
Known for a style that feels grounded, tactile, and honest, Milo began his career in New Zealand before moving to the bustling beaches of Byron Bay. It was here that he built his reputation, capturing fast yet fluid close-ups racing down the line of long, righthand point breaks.
His work is shaped by long hours in demanding conditions, filming across the globe in pursuit of his passion for surfing and travel. Beyond the visuals, Milo is recognised for the relationships he builds within the communities he documents, prioritising authentic storytelling over simple highlight reels.
He moved to Australia in 2021 to pursue surf filmmaking with a focus on full length story driven films. Since then he has been lucky to work on project like Following the Fall Line, Nusantara: Waveriders of Indonesia and now Sensing Home.
