Flotsam needs volunteers in a range of roles to make the festival all it can be.

Volunteer to be a driving part of Flotsam Festival’s success – can you help out in a ticketing booth at a venue, help direct people on our installation trail, usher at our movie nights, or help us bump in or out of venues?

If you said yes to any of the above (or have completely different skills to bring to the table) we’d appreciate your help!

It’s not all just about work. Volunteers get an incredible insight into what goes on behind the scenes at a festival. You’ll get to watch and enjoy events, meet other locals and visitors, and be a part of a festival that celebrates our beautiful coastal lifestyle through film and photography.
