The first Wednesday of every month,  Climate Community Night hosts a gathering for those in the environmental space.

During Flotsam we’ll be hosting a takeover with a panel exploring how art can intersect ocean-activism through mediums like photography and film.

Join photographer Neville Cichon, cinematographer Franziska Link, and mobile journalism lecturer Rob Layton as we explore the power of images for communicating important messages, how to approach activism through art forms like photography and film, and practical tips on how to get started with whatever equipment you have – from a dusty DSLR in your cupboard to the phone in your pocket.
