“Water has always been close to my heart, it’s where I find my silence and calm. In my latest underwater portrait series ‘Mermaids & Their Playground’ my graceful human subjects are ocean dwellers, suspended weightless in the crystal blue depths. All my mermaids have inspired me in many ways, both in and out of the water, and all are passionate about ocean protection and sustainability.”

“Mermaids don’t always have tails, but they have tales of the ocean, a deep love and respect of all living things below the surface. They have a maternal instinct to protect and care for the sea and all that exists within it.”
