Are you a young creative? Is surf photography or shooting waves and seascapes a major hobby of yours? Presented by Flotsam Festival at Level Up studio + gallery, join award-winning professional surf photographer Joli as he hosts a FREE workshop for budding snappers on the art of selecting, presenting and curating ocean-inspired images.

You’ll need to bring: a selection of ten of your own images, a USB, and a laptop with editing software.

A career photographer for 40 years, Joli will impart a lifetime of helpful tips on editing, as well as guidance on what makes a great image great. Armed with fresh knowledge on composition + form, you’ll whittle down your ten images to your best three. Those selected images will then be contributed to a group slideshow projection that will form a display in Level Up studio+ gallery for the remainder of Flotsam Festival’s program (runs until May 8).

Numbers are strictly limited for this FREE interactive photo workshop brought to you by Flotsam x Level Up. As Level Up studio + gallery is for up-and-coming artists under 30, please note tickets for this workshop are only available for photographers in the 16-30 age bracket.
